Ten top Sri Lankan ICT companies will showcase their innovations at Japan IT Week (Spring) 2025, one of Asia's leading tech expos, held from April 23–25 at Tokyo Big Sight. Their participation under the “Sri Lanka Pavilion” is made possible through a collaboration between the Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
This initiative, part of a broader EDB-JICA program launched in 2024, aims to support 30 Sri Lankan ICT/BPM firms—particularly SMEs and startups—entering the Japanese market. Participants receive business coaching, market intelligence, and matchmaking with Japanese partners.
Ahead of the event, the ten selected firms will join B2B meetings on April 21–22, organized in partnership with the Sri Lankan Embassy in Japan and JICA consultants. These sessions will help build direct business ties and tailor offerings to Japanese market needs.
Companies featured include BoardPAC, IronOne AI Labs, OREL IT, SenzMate, hSenid Software Lanka, and more—each bringing expertise across AI, cloud computing, business automation, digital health, and climate tech.
This collaboration not only boosts Sri Lanka’s global ICT profile but also strengthens bilateral digital economy ties with Japan.
