The Sri Lanka Economic and Investment Summit 2025 (SLEIS 2025), organised by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, is set to open on December 2–3 with a full house, drawing more than 850 participants and over 100 international delegates under the theme “Gateway to Growth – Asia’s Emerging Opportunity.”
The event has attracted strong global interest, underscoring its rising stature as a key meeting point for investors and business leaders engaging with Sri Lanka’s economic trajectory. Delegates from more than 20 countries—including Austria, China, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States—will take part.
This year’s summit will feature over 40 high-profile local and international speakers across sectors such as trade, investment, manufacturing, renewable energy, technology, logistics, tourism, financial services, and agriculture. The sessions are designed to provide strategic insights into emerging opportunities, policy reforms, and avenues for private-sector–led growth.
Participants will also gain direct exposure to senior policymakers and industry experts, offering clarity on Sri Lanka’s reform agenda and future economic direction. Alongside the main programme, the Chamber has begun scheduling B2B and government-to-business meetings to facilitate trade, investment partnerships, and business expansion discussions among registered delegates.
SLEIS 2025 is backed by a strong slate of partners and sponsors, including Platinum Sponsors Nestlé, Standard Chartered Bank, and Unilever; Silver Sponsor Visa; and Bronze Sponsor South Asia Gateway Terminals.
