John Keells Properties has reached a key milestone in its VIMAN Ja-Ela residential project, completing structural work for Phase 1. The event was marked by an on-site ceremony attended by John Keells Holdings Chairperson Krishan Balendra, brand ambassador and Sri Lanka Women’s Cricket Team Captain Chamari Athapaththu, and senior company leaders.
Located 4 km from the Ja-Ela Expressway interchange, the six-acre development will feature 418 apartments, with 60% of the land allocated to green spaces. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, outdoor areas, cycling and walking paths, rooftop solar panels, and EV charging stations.
Phase 1 is set for completion in 2027, with the project aiming to blend modern living, community-focused design, and sustainable features.
